At Pawora, your satisfaction — and your pet's happiness — is our top priority. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at johannes.vatter1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or washed
• Items returned after 30 days
• Items without original packaging
